FRUIT MIX
2 pink grapefruits (with ruby red flesh)
2 ripe bananas
1 ripe honeydew melon
(dash of sugar, clear honey or Canadian maple syrup)

Chill the fruit in refrigerator. Remove the skin and the white pith of the grapefruits by roughly cutting them off with a sharp knife. "Fillet" out the pulp segments from between the skins (see the pictures below) and cut into smaller pieces. Reserve the juice and pour in the salad bowl.

Peel the banana and cut in it in smaller chunks. Cut the melon in half and scoop out the seeds. Cut the melon halves to smaller slices, cut off the rind and cut the flesh into chunks.

Mix everything in the salad bowl and sweeten, if you like. Serve as a refreshing dessert on a hot summer day.
